Pricing:

Cancellation:
72 hours notice required.

Gratuity & Tax:
An 8% sales tax will be added to the subtotal of your bill. A 25% service/maintenace fee (gratuity included) will be added to the final bill.

Payment:
You will be billed at the conclusion of your event. Flying Fig accepts cash, traveler's checks, and all major credit cards. No personal checks will be accepted.

Special Decorations/Rentals:
We will be happy to assist you in choosing and/or renting any special equipment needed for your event, such as: flowers, audio/video equipment, podiums, & special linens.

Guarantee:
In order to properly plan for & staff your event, we will need a final guest count 48 hours prior to the event.
